SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Thank you for your order at Virtros. We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible within the United Kingdom. Please read this shipping policy carefully.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are subject to payment verification and approval.
Orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. In some cases, processing may take up to 3 business days depending on stock availability or high demand periods.
Once an order has entered processing, no changes can be made, including changes to the delivery address.
DELIVERY
We deliver orders within the United Kingdom via tracked shipping.
Estimated delivery times:
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days
- Shipping time: 5 to 8 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 6 to 10 business days
Most orders are delivered within this timeframe, but delivery times may vary depending on logistical circumstances. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Orders under £50.00: Standard Tracked Delivery — £3.95
- Orders of £50.00 and above: Free Tracked Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
It may take 24 to 72 hours for tracking information to become available.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. This will not affect your shipping costs.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of placing the order.
Virtros is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrectly provided address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, any additional costs may be charged to the customer.
LOST, DAMAGED OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS
If your order shows as delivered but has not been received, please check with your neighbours and any safe places around your property. If the parcel remains missing, please contact us within 7 days.
For damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
